How we work

Ten days, four steps, no surprises.

You see the work as it develops rather than waiting for a reveal, because a design you first see when it is finished is one you can no longer steer.

  1. 01Day 1

    Tell us what the site has to do

    A half hour call to work out who is visiting, what they need to see, and what counts as a result. We also tell you honestly which package fits, including when the cheaper one is enough.

  2. 02Days 2 to 4

    Design the pages

    You see real layouts with your own words and images in them, not placeholder text on a moodboard. Changes at this stage cost nothing, which is exactly why we do them here.

  3. 03Days 5 to 8

    Build it properly

    Fast, mobile first, and built as a static site so there is nothing to keep patched later. You get a live link while it is being built, so there is no waiting for a reveal.

  4. 04Days 9 and 10

    Launch and hand over

    Domain connected, analytics and Search Console set up, and every login handed to you in your own name. Then we are on hand for the first month, and after that changes are ₹2,000 for up to five.

Before you ask

The questions that come up on every first call.

What does a website cost?

A three page starter site is ₹3,000, a seven page business site is ₹5,000, and an online store is ₹10,000. Those are one time prices, not deposits, and they are what you pay. If your project needs something outside these packages we will quote it before any work starts.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The package price covers design, build and launch. Domain registration and hosting are paid directly to the provider, so you own them rather than renting them through us. We will tell you what those cost before you commit, and they are usually a few hundred rupees a year.

How long does it take?

About ten working days from the day we have your content, for the starter and business sites. Online stores take a little longer because of product setup and payment testing. We give you a date on the first call and stick to it.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Not by default, and we would rather tell you now than let you find out later. The starter and business sites are static rather than WordPress, so there is no admin panel for changing text and images yourself. That is the reason they load in under a second and never need patching. The online store is the exception, and only partly: it comes with a basic admin panel for products, prices, stock and orders, not for the rest of the site. If you want to edit more than that yourself, we build a CMS admin panel as a paid extra and quote it based on how much of the site you want to control.

What does a change cost after launch?

₹2,000 covers up to five updates: a new price list, a phone number, a set of photos, a paragraph rewritten. Send them over and we make them. There is no monthly fee and no contract, so if you need nothing changed for a year you pay nothing for a year.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, your text and images, and half an hour on a call to talk through what the site needs to do. If your text is not ready we will give you a simple outline to fill in, so nothing stalls while you stare at a blank page.

What if I need more pages later?

You can move up a package and pay only the difference, or add individual pages to an existing site. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch, because we build every site on the same foundation.
