A small studio, by design.
Nirix Web started in early 2026. Two developers, prices published openly on this site, and a simple division of labour: Ajay set the studio up and looks after it, and Ashwani builds every customer website himself, from the first call through to launch.
We started it because too many good small businesses end up with either a website that undersells them or a quote they cannot justify. There is a lot of room between those two.

What we believe
Four principles we work by.
Strategy before pixels
We do not open a design tool until we agree on the one thing a visitor has to believe. Designs made before that decision are guesses with good kerning.
One developer, start to finish
Ashwani designs, builds and launches your site himself. Nothing is passed to a junior team halfway through, so you never have to explain the same problem twice.
Speed is part of the design
Performance is agreed as a budget at the start rather than tidied up at the end, because a beautiful site nobody waits for is not doing its job.
Honest advice, every time
If what you need is three specific fixes rather than a rebuild, we will say so. We would rather earn a long relationship than sell you a project.
The team
Two people. One of them builds your site.
Ashwani builds every customer website himself. Ajay looks after the studio and makes sure people are happy at the end of it. Nobody sits in between you and the person doing the work.

Ajay looks after the studio itself: the standard every build is held to, the prices we publish openly, and the willingness to tell someone we are not the right fit. He takes care of the agency and of keeping customers happy, while Ashwani gives every project his full attention.

The person you will actually work with. Ashwani takes your brief, designs the pages, writes the code and puts the site live, then stays on hand for whatever you want changed afterwards. One person carries the whole job, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a developer and someone managing the account.
