If you sell a service rather than a product, an online store is more machinery than you need. The business website with a good enquiry flow will do more for you and costs a third as much.

Why this one is priced from, and the others are not

A store with twelve products, one currency and one shipping rule is a different job from a store with four hundred products, three tax regions and a subscription. We quote it once we have seen your catalogue and know which payment and shipping providers you need, and the number we give you is then fixed. What we will not do is publish one low price and discover the rest of it later.

Built for a phone, because that is where you sell

Most small store traffic arrives on a phone, often on a patchy connection. Products get large images and a price you can read without zooming, and delivery cost and returns are stated before the cart rather than discovered at checkout, which is where most small stores lose the sale.

What you pay besides the build

Your payment gateway charges a percentage per transaction, and that goes to them, not to us. Domain and hosting are yours and paid to the provider. A store needs a little more hosting than a three page site, and we tell you the number before you commit rather than after.

Changes after it is live

This is the one package that comes with an admin panel, and it is a basic one on purpose. You add products, set prices, mark things out of stock and see your orders, which is what running a shop needs day to day. The pages around the shop stay static, so changing their design or wording is a job for us at ₹2,000 for up to five updates.

If you want to edit the site yourself, we can build you a CMS admin panel. That is a paid add on and we quote it per project, because the price depends on how much of the site you want to be able to change: a couple of sections is a small job, every page and every image is a much bigger one.

Questions about the online store.

Which payment gateway do you use?

Whichever is available in your country and suits the paperwork you already have: Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay and most regional gateways are all fine. The account is registered in your name, so the money goes to you directly and we never sit between you and your customers.

Can I add products myself?

Yes. The store comes with a basic admin panel: add a product, change a price, mark something out of stock, look at an order. All of that you can do on a Sunday evening without calling anyone. It is deliberately basic rather than a full content system, so changing the design or the wording of the pages around the shop is still a job for us at ₹2,000 for up to five updates. If you want a fuller panel you can edit more of the site from, we build that as a paid extra and quote it once we know how much you want to control.

How long does a store take?

Longer than the other packages, and we would rather say so. Three to five weeks is typical. The build follows the same schedule, but product setup and payment testing add time, and how long depends on how many products you have and whether the photos are ready. You get a date once we have seen your catalogue.
