Nirix Web publishes fixed prices: $299 for a three page launch website, $699 for an eight page business website, $1,499 for a fifteen page growth website and from $1,999 for an online store, one time, with no retainer.

The same table we work from. Where a package does not include something, it says No rather than leaving a gap, because a gap in a comparison table is how a feature gets sold twice.

Ownership
You own your website and your domain
Nothing here is rented from us. When the project is finished you hold the domain registration, the hosting account, the analytics property, the Search Console property, the payment gateway account on a store, and the source code. We hand over every login in your name.
- The domain is registered in your name, or stays in the account you already have
- Hosting is your account, so your site keeps running whatever happens to us
- The source code is yours, and any developer can pick it up later
- Analytics, Search Console and your Google Business Profile stay yours
- Leaving costs you nothing but a conversation, which is the only lock in worth having
What is not in the price
The costs that are genuinely not ours.
Stated here rather than discovered in month two. Most projects need the first three and none of the rest.
Domain name
about $10 to $20 a year
Paid directly to the registrar, in your name. You own it, and you can move it anywhere without asking us.
Hosting
free to about $20 a month
Our static sites host free on Vercel or Netlify at small business traffic. A store with a database costs more. Again, the account is yours.
Changes after launch
$99 for up to five updates
Send them over and we make them. No monthly fee and no contract, so a year with nothing to change costs you nothing.
Care plan, if you want one
$49 a month, optional
Small content updates, uptime monitoring, backup checks and support inside one working day. Most customers on a three page site do not need it, and we will say so.

Only if you want to edit the site yourself. The price depends on how much of the site you want to control, so we quote it rather than guess.
Third party services
Paid by you, agreed first
Payment gateway fees, premium fonts, paid stock photography, email sending services and any paid API your project needs. We tell you which ones apply before the work starts, and most projects need none of them.

Paying from anywhere
We work with businesses worldwide. Invoices are in US dollars everywhere except India, which is invoiced in rupees at the prices on the India page. Payment is by bank transfer or card through a payment provider, whichever is easier where you are, and you get a proper invoice for your records before you pay anything.

Cost and payment
What people ask before they commit.
What currency are the prices in, and can I pay in mine?
Prices are in US dollars, and that is what we invoice in for everywhere except India, which has its own rupee prices. If you pay in another currency your bank or card provider converts it at their rate, so the amount that leaves your account will be close to the dollar figure but not identical.
How do I pay, and when?
By international bank transfer or by card through a payment provider. For projects up to $999 it is half before we start and half before launch. Above $999 it is 40% to start, 30% at design approval and 30% at launch. You always have a fixed price and a launch date in writing before anything is due.
Is the price fixed, or is it a starting price?
Fixed, for the first three packages. $299, $699 and $1,499 are the full price for that scope, not deposits and not estimates. The online store is the one exception and is marked as "from", because a shop with twelve products is a different job from a shop with four hundred. We quote it once we have seen your catalogue, and that quote is then fixed.
What happens if my project does not fit a package?
We quote it before any work starts, using the same day rate the packages are built on, and you get the number in writing. What we will not do is take a project at a package price and then discover the rest of it later. If the honest answer is that another studio suits you better, we will say that instead.
Do the prices change depending on which country I am in?
No. One dollar price list for the world, and one rupee price list for India, both published on this site. You are not quoted more because your postcode looks expensive, which is a real practice and one reason so few studios publish prices at all.
Do I pay anything every month?
Not to us, unless you choose the $49 care plan, which is optional and cancellable any time. Your domain is about $10 to $20 a year paid to the registrar, and hosting is free to about $20 a month depending on the site. Both accounts are in your name.
